Welcome to CakeLand. Your use of our services and features constitutes your acceptance of the following terms and conditions. Please carefully review these terms before engaging with our platform.

1. Ordering Policy

Customers must ensure to place their orders at least 3 days in advance to allow our homemade cake sellers sufficient time for preparation.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information at the time of ordering. Any delays or failed deliveries due to inaccurate information provided by the customer may not be eligible for refunds.

Changes or cancellations to orders must be communicated at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery time to avoid any cancellation fees.

2. Payment and Refunds

Customers agree to make full payment at the time of placing their orders. Orders will only be processed upon receipt of payment.

Refund Eligibility:

• Refund requests must be submitted within 4 hours of placing the order, with supporting evidence such as photographs.
• Refunds for cancelled orders may be subject to a processing fee.

3. Delivery and Receipt

Customers must ensure someone is available to receive the order at the designated delivery address during the specified delivery window. Failure to do so may result in the order being returned to the seller, and additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery.

Upon receiving the order, customers must inspect the products for any damage or discrepancies. Any issues must be reported immediately to our customer service team for resolution.

4. Conduct and Communication

Customers are expected to engage with sellers and CakeLand staff in a respectful and courteous manner at all times.

Any misuse of the platform, including but not limited to harassment, inappropriate language, or fraudulent behavior, may result in immediate suspension of the customer’s account.

5. Data Privacy

Customer information and order details will be treated with utmost confidentiality and used solely for the purpose of fulfilling orders and improving our services.

Customers have the right to request access to their personal data, as well as the right to request its deletion or correction, in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

6. Reviews and Feedback

Customers are encouraged to provide honest and constructive feedback on their experiences with CakeLand and its sellers. Reviews should be based on genuine experiences and reflect the quality of products and services received.

Any reviews found to be fraudulent, defamatory, or in violation of our community guidelines will be subject to removal without notice.

7. Use of the Website

• You must be at least 16 years old to use our website or make purchases.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your username and password.
• You agree to provide accurate and current information during the registration and checkout process.
• You may not use our website for any unlawful or unauthorized purposes.
